How to Take Your Measurements

Use a soft measuring tape and wear fitted clothing for the most accurate measurements. Have someone help you if possible.

Bust/Chest

Measure around the fullest part of your bust/chest, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.

Measure around your natural waistline (the narrowest part of your torso, usually above your belly button).

Measure around the fullest part of your hips, usually 7-9 inches below your waist.

Stand against a wall without shoes and measure from the floor to the top of your head.

Shoulder Width

Measure from the edge of one shoulder to the other, across the back of your shoulders.

Arm Length

With your arm slightly bent, measure from shoulder to wrist.
